The Foolscap source code lives in Github
The most recent release is foolscap-0.6.3 (gpg signature, using key 0xAF1B4A2A). Older releases are available here.
The Foolscap Trac Instance Is Here, and is probably more useful than this page. Please use it for all bugs and patches.

Foolscap is distributed under the terms of the MIT license; the same terms that Twisted uses.
